Cheryl Stradling and Greg DeCinque, co-founders and managing partners of Crystal Technologies Group, lead Crystal’s dedicated executive team. Both partners excelled in sales and management careers at Cable & Wireless, one of the world's largest international telecommunications companies. It was at Cable & Wireless that they recognized the importance of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and the value of developing people to realize their full potential. These ideals have shaped the company's culture since its inception and continue to be the guiding principles by which Cheryl and Greg manage today.

Cheryl Stradling, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
 Cheryl brings over two decades of successful telecommunications sales and management experience to her role as leader of Crystal's sales and marketing efforts. She ensures that our staff and strategic partners are positioned to offer innovative solutions that provide a substantial return on investment for our clients while profitably growing our company. Greg DeCinque, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
