Rick Akey Joins Crystal Technologies as Director of Technology Services

Crystal Technologies, a leading provider of ROI-driven telecommunications services and solutions, announces that it has appointed Rick Akey as Director of Technology Services. In this role, Akey directs all telecommunication technology initiatives for clients; provides pre- and post-sale engineering support, and drives business and product development.
Akey brings more than 25 years of telecommunications technology experience to Crystal Technologies’ service repertoire. Prior to joining Crystal Technologies, he held several roles with ATX Corporation including Senior Manager of Integration Services, Director of Data Services, and Managing Director of Data Repair, where he ultimately directed the repair and support functions for all VOIP, Internet, WAN, ISP, and managed service products. He also spent three years with Inacom Information Services as a Senior Systems Engineer, and spent 12 years with Penn Companies as the Director of Distribution.
