clients and prospects. The Partner Program is designed for companies
that have access to networking opportunities, and are positioned
to make a formal introduction into an account. It is intended for
companies that provide complementary products and services (Telecom
Consultants, Phone System Venders, Systems Integrators, VARs, IT
Consultants, Accounting Firms, IT Security firms...), and wish to partner
with Crystal to offer their clients a full suite of telecommunications
management services.

Referral Partner -
Sub agent is responsible for introducing the sales opportunity. Crystal fully supports the account during and after the sale. We provide sales support, pricing analysis, order processing, implementation support, ongoing account management, and trouble management.
Sub Agent - Expectation is that a sub in this category has a full staff capable of selling, managing, and maintaining an account base.
Assisted Sub Agent -
A sub agent not capable of fully supporting his base. A customized SOW details the responsibilities of sub and responsibilities of Crystal.
