Carrier Services are delivered through a combination of strategic alliances and network provider partnerships. These partnerships subsidize our Life Cycle Support model and give our staff a greater span of control over the procurement, service delivery and ongoing account management process.

Professional Services are fee-based engagements that are governed by a detailed Scope of Work outlining our Life Cycle Support commitment and deliverables for the project. These engagements typically are structured as performance-based, fixed project fee, or retainer.
